This afternoon we took Hannah for her 9 month check-up! It is amazing that she is nine months old already... wow... time is going by so quickly. We had a nice surprise... No Shots!! We were expecting them, and she was too when we put her on the table... but happy day for the little one!! Next time we won't be so lucky though. Lots of shots for the 1 year exam. Hannah is now 28 and 1/2 inches long and she weighed in at 17 pounds and 6 ounces!! She is now in the 25th percentile for her weight... which is much better than the 5% that we started out around... actually I believe she was off the charts at the beginning. Anyway, she is moving right along and the doctor was happy with her growth and development! So we got a good report... thumbs up! Both the doctor and the nurse could tell she was a crawler... her knees were all red!!
Hannah is doing great! Mom and Dad are doing fine too!! I have been here watching the little one... and Matt has been off doing other things, mostly with his dad. This weekend we are going to get to visit with our neighbors again. It has been a very long time since we last saw them, and it seems that their life has been completely crazy, so we are hoping that they are able to take it easy for a while here and recoup! It will be great to catch up and we are so excited to see Jay again... I think he and Hannah will have a blast romping around together! I am so excited for Sunday!
Until then, I will be here with all eyes on Hannah while she is crawling all around, and pulling up on everything! She really is at a fun age... everyday is so much fun... all her new vocals, seeing what she will discover today, and watching as she learns how to do things... She sure is a cutie!!
