Yesterday, we got a call from one of our fellow Books Are Fun Reps in the region just needing a little direction in using our new reporting method! It is so nice that the reps in our region have such a wonderful relationship now. It has not always been this way, and in the past year (give or take a little maybe) there have been so many changes for the better! Knowing that someone else is willing to share their experiences and helpful hints is so much better than each man for himself. It was like that when we first got into the business. It is lovely to know that we can contact each other for help whenever we need it. Everyone is there for the team, and willing to offer help to one another. It is fantastic. I think alot of it has to do with our new manager, Wendy. She does such an awesome job, working on unity, and also helping us to succeed in our business.
