No... not Matt... no... not Hannah, either! Really - a Pain in the Neck! I woke up this morning to the sun shining through the curtains, Hannah decided to let us sleep in till 10 after 9 this morning! I was doing the morning stretch... and BAMMM... I can't move my head without a terrible shooting pain. Not a great way to start the day. You know it is bad, when I actually take pain medication... I don't take pain meds - ever (mostly because I can't swallow pills, but these were not too big!)! The meds helped a bit, I can now move my head, but there is still a pain, not shooting can't move my head pain, but definitely an annoying aggrivation. I have been taking it fairly easy today, but I sure hope and pray that tomorrow morning I would wake up and there will be no more shooting pain.
