I can't believe that it's been two years since we were blessed with Hannah... our little girl is getting so big! She's learning new words and new things every day! Just this morning, I asked her if she could turn a light on for me, and she couldn't quite reach the switch - so she grabbed one of her book blocks, brought it over and set it on the floor under the switch, stepped up and turned the light on for me! What a smartie!
She also knows how to open doors now. I think she's known for some time now that the doorknob has something to do with it, but last week she proved to us that closed doors are no longer an adequate barrier for her!
I'll be taking her 24-month size comparison picture tomorrow, so check back for additions in the photo gallery. We've got plenty of other pictures to put up as well, since it's been a few weeks since the last update. Birthday pictures from tonight will be among them!
Grandpa and Grandma June came over for dinner and birthday cake with us tonight, and they brought with them gifts from Annabelle (and Uncle Josh and Aunt Katherine). She loved everything that she got! I'm sure there will be many tea parties (and many cute photo opportunities) in the days to come!
