The house in Milford is off of the MLS as of yesterday morning. It is listed on the website for $266,900, but I saw it listed on Homes & Land for $250,900. I don't know if that was a typographical error or not, but I'd imagine it's probably closer to what was offered.
Meanwhile, Countrywide has washed their hands of my second mortgage and passed it back to AIG (the loan originator). We'll see where it goes from there...
