This morning, Larry Kittle from Re/max came to meet with us about selling our home. He was referred to us by a couple of people from our church. He's one of the top realtors in New Hampshire, and is very aggressive in getting his listings publicized. Even though the market is down right now, this last year has been one of his best. Our house could be on the market as early as Tuesday. He has told us that he would expect the house to sell in 4 to 6 months (there are over 40 homes for sale in this price range in Milford right now; in the last 8 months, there have been 21 home sales in this price range in Milford).
He left some paperwork with us to read and fill out over the weekend, and he'll return Monday afternoon so that we can sign those documents and make our intent to sell official.
