During our last trip to Maine, we noticed that the Wendy's store in Newport was closed and being renovated. Last weekend when we were visiting Bob and Kelly (and Matthew and Molly), we went to eat breakfast at Tim Horton's, in the former Wendy's building.
The first thing we noticed was the terrific prices... it seemed to be almost half of the price of Dunkin' Donuts for the coffee and the doughnuts. But we are converts now that we've eaten there! It's still not quite anything to compare to Krispy Kreme, but it sure beats anything that we've ever tasted at Dunkin's!!
I know that they are all over the place in Canada, and they're working their way south into the States... but all we have to say is Hurry into New Hampshire!!
