I am amazed at what the Lord has provided! I have such a fun, encouraging, and fairly easy job! Yeah, it is not a set income from week to week, but it is going to be a great supplement for us!
Right now is considered the slow time, however I may have to disagree! A week and a half ago, we met with the regional manager of Enterprise Rent-a-Car. This week, the phone has not stopped ringing! They are doing a wonderful job of referring their customers to us for all their car seat needs! At the moment, I have 1 toddler car seat left in the garage, which I have plans to drop off Sunday... and 2 boosters that are reserved for Easter weekend! I took a drive to Epping this morning, after hitting the Airport Enterprise (it was a lovely day for a drive)! I have received calls from all over the states, including Ohio! I spoke with people from Maryland, Illinois, Virginia, Kansas, Massachussetts, and good old New Hampshire=) I even received a call from Residence Inn... it will be an awesome order if they go through with it!!!! We shall see!
After the first full week of taking calls and orders, I really feel as if I have been doing this for a while! I don't have the nervous stomach, and shakey voice thing going on anymore! Thank goodness that only lasted a few calls! It has been so neat to talk to people about their kids, everyone is so encouraging and very nice! It has been a pleasure working for Baby's Away, and I am anxious to see what the future holds! Summer is going to be fun!!
