Yesterday we had the honor of Matthew and Elizabeth's company for the day.
I can't express in words my gratitude for the help that Matthew gave me yesterday. It was a job that I had received an estimate of $1300-1400 for at the garage. The parts for the project yesterday came to $300, for new pads and rotors on all four wheels. It did take a little longer than I had originally anticipated, but we were still done in time for dinner.
And what a dinner it was! For everything that they have done for us, WE should have been buying the Demeusys a steak dinner, but they brought over some Costco meat (which Elizabeth says is the way God intended for us to get meat -- I think she is right!). These steaks were the best thing that our grill has ever had the privilege of searing.
Thanks guys for a wonderful day - we need to get together more often (and next time, Matthew, I promise no projects!)
