Back to square one

Larry Kittle informed me yesterday that our buyer in Milford has backed out of the deal. Our house went back on the market, and we're back to square one.

I don't know how long we'll have to try to sell the house before Countrywide starts the foreclosure process. Before the short sale was finally approved, we were getting notices from them that said they would start the process if we did not come current on our account. If they hadn't taken so long in approving the short sale of the house, the buyer would have been moved in over two months ago. I also think it is interesting that now, after signing four extentions to the original purchase agreement (while waiting for Countrywide's response), he decides that he wants out. He had MANY opportunities to get out before this....

It's all in the Lord's hands, I know - but sometimes it just feels so frustrating, when we try to do the right thing, and everything just seems to work against us.

Now, we're praying for another buyer, and fast.... I don't really want to have to deal with foreclosure.
