FINALLY, we have a negotiator assigned to our case! Larry, our realtor, said that Countrywide had told him that we should know if they will accept the short sale of our house in Milford within a week. Now, I am not sure, if that is the same week that we were told before, we could be waiting 2 more months. Hopefully not though and we will be able to stop thinking about the seemingly endless situation and the buyer can happily move into his new home and we can be done with all the headaches (not to mention avoid foreclosure as well)! Anyway, we will keep you posted and we all hope this saga will end soon.
Matt has his first bookfair tomorrow. It is a good distance away, but the day ends fairly early so he should be home early. I hope that we have good success up here in Maine, and I hope that I have enough strength and rest to take care of these two munchkins! They are great kids, I just want to be a good mom to them, and I need to have enough sleep at night to get me through the long days. Hannah is so entertaining and she is such a big helper around here... and Mason is down to one feeding at night, that is a very good thing! He has such a personality and it has begun to show this week!
Well, I need to get some things done around here before Hannah gets back from her trip to the bank with daddy! Until next time!
